  For cancellations 30 days or more in advance − 10% of total amount

  will be deducted

  For cancellations between 15 to 29 days in advance − 50% of

  total amount will be deducted

  For cancellations between 0 to 14 days in advance − 100% of total

  amount will be deducted

  Travelers are responsible for the safety of their belongings

  Medical and travel insurance (including HeliEvac) are the responsibility

  of the traveler

  Costs incidental to any change in the itinerary or stay on account of

  flight cancellations due to bad weather, ill health, road blocks, other

  natural disasters and / or any factors beyond our control, will be

  additionally charged on actuals.
